1. Use of the website
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits the following data:
- Date and time of access
- IP address
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Amount of data transferred
This information is stored separately from other data and processed exclusively for technical reasons and to ensure system security. It is deleted after 7 days unless it is connected with a security incident.
2. Use of the reservation system
When booking through our online reservation system, we collect the following data:

- Parking space type*, type of service (e.g. valet service)*

We need these data to carry out the contractual relationship. All further information is voluntary and serves to improve customer service.
Please note: Payments are made exclusively in cash on site. No payment data are stored.
3. Google Maps
When using the map or navigation function, your request is forwarded to the map service installed on your device (e.g. Google Maps). The privacy policies of the respective provider apply:

4. Storage period
Your data are stored for 80 days after the end of the booking in order to process any complaints. Thereafter, automatic deletion takes place, except in legally relevant circumstances.
5. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data are transmitted only:
- to service providers for contract processing (e.g. drivers, parking garage operators)
- to authorities in case of a legal obligation (e.g. police, courts)
- in case of legitimate interest of third parties (e.g. misuse of the website)
- after express consent
All transmissions are carried out in compliance with the GDPR.
6. Cookies and analytics tools
We use cookies to improve our services:
- Session cookies (deleted after leaving the site)
- Temporary cookies (remember settings for subsequent visits)
- Statistics cookies for anonymized web analysis with Matomo (Open Source)
You can deactivate cookies in your browser at any time. Matomo also respects ad blockers and then does not set any cookies.
7. Web analytics with Matomo
We use Matomo for anonymized evaluation of the use of our website. No personal profiles are created. In the event of an objection, an opt-out cookie is set. If you delete your cookies, you must declare the objection again.
