General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, bookings and services concluded via our website between [parkflug24] and the users.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded with [parkflug24, Industrie str 6, 28199 Bremen, possibly +49 155 62426523].
With the booking on our website and successful payment, a binding contract is concluded. The user receives a booking confirmation by email.

3. Service description
We offer the possibility to reserve and pay online for parking spaces for vehicles on our property. The exact location of the parking space and the reserved period are determined during booking.
4. Prices and payment terms
All prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT.
Payment is made online via the payment methods offered during the booking process. A booking is only binding after successful receipt of payment.
5. Booking, cancellation, refund
Bookings are binding. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to [e.g. 24 hours] before the reserved period.
In case of later cancellations or no-show, the full price will be charged.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund conditions.
6. Liability
[parkflug24] is only liable for damages attributable to intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for damage to the vehicle, theft or force majeure.
7. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
