1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, bookings and services concluded between [parkflug24] and users via our website.

2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded with [parkflug24, Industrie str 6, 28199 Bremen, possibly +49 155 62426523].
A binding contract is concluded upon booking on our website and successful payment. The user receives a booking confirmation by e-mail.

3. service description

We offer the possibility to reserve and pay for parking spaces for vehicles on our property online. The exact location of the parking lot and the reserved period are determined at the time of booking.

4 Prices and terms of payment

All prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT.
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered during the booking process. A booking is only binding after successful receipt of payment.

5. booking, cancellation, refund

Bookings are binding. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to [e.g. 24 hours] before the reserved period.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full price will be charged.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

6. liability

[parkflug24] is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for damage to the vehicle, theft or force majeure.

7. data protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
