We will inform you below about what personal data we collect from you, how we use, store and transfer it and what rights you are entitled to.

1. use of the website

When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits the following data:

• Date and time of access
• IP address
• Browser type/version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Amount of data transferred

This information is stored separately from other data and is processed exclusively for technical reasons and to ensure system security. It is deleted after 7 days, unless it is related to a security incident.

2. use of the reservation system

We collect the following data when you make a booking via our online reservation system:

• Departure airport, arrival airport
• Flight number, arrival time, departure time
• Parking lot type*, service type (e.g. valet service)*
• Vehicle data: License plate number*, make*
• Personal details: Title, company, last name*, first name*, address, postal code, city, e-mail*, cell phone*

We require this data to perform the contractual relationship. All other information is voluntary and serves to improve customer service.

Please note: Payments are only made in cash on site. No payment data will be stored.

3. google maps

When using the map or navigation function, your request will be forwarded to the map service installed on your device (e.g. Google Maps). The data protection provisions of the respective provider apply:

4. storage duration

Your data will be stored for 80 days after the end of the booking in order to be able to process any complaints. After this period, your data will be deleted automatically, except in the case of legally relevant circumstances.

5. disclosure of data to third parties

Your data will only be transmitted:

• to service providers for contract processing (e.g. drivers, parking garage operators)
• in the case of a legal obligation to authorities (e.g. police, courts)
• in the legitimate interest of third parties (e.g. misuse of the website)
• after explicit consent

All transmissions are GDPR-compliant.

6. cookies and analysis tools

We use cookies to improve our services:

• Session cookies (are deleted after leaving the page)
• Temporary cookies (remember settings for subsequent visits)
• Statistics cookies for anonymized web analysis with Matomo (open source)

You can deactivate cookies in your browser at any time. Matomo also respects AD blockers and then does not create any cookies.

7. web analysis with Matomo

We use Matomo to anonymously evaluate the use of our website. No personal profiles are created. If you object, an opt-out cookie will be set. If you delete your cookies, you must declare your objection again.

8. social media

If you communicate with us via social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp), their data protection guidelines apply. We have no influence on their data processing.

9. protection of minors

Persons under the age of 18 may not submit any personal data without parental consent. If children are being transported, child seat details can be provided voluntarily.

You have the right to:

You can also withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

11. right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you can object to this on grounds relating to your particular situation. In the case of direct advertising, you have a general right to object at any time without giving reasons.

16. revocation instruction

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons (by letter or e-mail). The period begins after receipt of this instruction, but not before conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective revocation, services received by both parties must be returned. Benefits (e.g. interest) must be returned. If services received cannot be returned or can only be returned in part, compensation must be paid where applicable.

Special notes:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled at the express request of both parties.
